What does innovation look like? 

Innovation is growing and changing constantly. Innovation is re-evaluating your self and understanding what needs to change in order for you to grow. Innovation is not being afraid of risks in order to make strides.
What is not innovation? 
Innovation is not doing something for the sake of doing it. It is not saying I will do this today because it is trendy. It is not doing something in order to look like you are being innovative.
With an idea of what innovation looks like, what should the role of a technology facilitator look like?
Finding creative solutions to real problems. Not giving a million different ideas that are trendy and hip just for the sake of saying you've done them. It is helping facilitate and guide.
Explain and/or analyze your graphic. 
My graphic was simple and I tried to stick with being positive. There are many good answers to what innovation may look like in the classroom setting but there are always better answers as well! That is the epitome of innovation in my opinion- knowing that you can always find better answers.
